Deadly portals ravage the galaxies, mutant creatures are causing havoc upon the alliance worlds... That's not stopping Thelarians from inflicting yet another blow to space command, as the menace of swarm attacks hangs on another planet, Nomad's on the clock to tackle both threats at once.

A new mystery emerges from the Dark Galaxy. After uncovering a completely shrouded signal connected to the Eclipse Corridor, Space Command begins to realize that something far beyond their understanding may be hidden beyond the known edge of the galaxy.

As the Monolith dig site becomes increasingly dangerous, the evacuation begins. But the danger doesn't end there. Explorer 2 spaceship is compromised, its systems are beyond their control, and a catastrophic chain of events threatens Vanco City.

With time running out, Mira, Jax, Hannah, Veyra, Vayne, Anya and the rest of the crew must find a way to contain the situation before an entire city is caught in the fallout.
