PLAYSAFE: Roan's Story | The War Amps

One day, while Roan was playing on the family farm, he fell off a riding lawn mower. The blades severed his leg above the knee. The War Amps has been there for Roan and his family, providing support through the CHAMP Program for child amputees.

Roan’s parents want to help prevent such accidents from happening to others. Their warning is simple: Children should never be around lawn mowers. Roan has his own message for kids - PLAYSAFE!
